The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for the plant, ensuring efficient functioning of production equipment and facilities. This position requires a strong technical leader with expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, prioritizing team collaboration!
Location: Mississauga
Shift: Straight Afternoons
Compensation: 90-95k

Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose: Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring our machinery and equipment run smoothly and efficiently. Serve as back up to the Maintenance Manager
- Drive Safety and Compliance: Conduct engaging safety meetings and champion best practices to create a safe work environment for everyone.
- Innovate and Improve: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with teams to enhance equipment performance and product quality.
- Empower Your Team: Train and mentor a diverse group of electricians, millwrights + technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Be a Problem Solver: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Qualifications
- Preferred Engineering Diploma and Electrician or Millwright qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within food production.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability for multi-shift operations.
