Responsibilities
• Support branch management in establishing the BSU.
• Prepare the branch for projects and initiatives.
• Identify and address gaps in business processes.
• Define business requirements for future projects.
• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Facilitate operational changes for the finance department.
• Create and maintain finance process flows and documentation.
• Assist in developing business process documents and training material.
• Coordinate with other departments for a unified business design.
• Maintain project progress and communicate challenges to leadership.
• Collaborate with BI teams for data consistency and system solutions.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience as a Business and/or Financial Analyst in a large organization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing business and functional requirements as a business/systems analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, especially financial modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance/information technology.
• Strong track record in creating reports to facilitate effective decision-making and handling large data sets.
• Demonstrated excellence in analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
• Quick grasp of technical and business concepts.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience in interacting with senior executives, delivering presentations, and resolving conflicts.
