Under the supervision and collaboration of the General Manager, the Marketing and Communications Manager acts as a primary contact for internal and external customers. He/she is responsible for planning, executing and managing the overall marketing-communications strategy for the organization and its various brands.

Responsibilities
- Supervises, trains, evaluates and supports two coordinators in their daily work, in addition to ensuring the management of quality deliverables within the required deadlines.
- Provides marketing support, writes and coordinates communications on social networks and websites.
- Supports the development of HR marketing and other major organizational projects
Qualifications
- Web programming (Wordpress) and graphic design skills
- Bilingualism mandatory: ability to communicate verbally and in writing (drafting, editing) in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
