Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute CRM programs.
Utilize our CRM platform to create cross-channel customer journeys, optimizing campaign responsiveness through user segmentation and dynamic messaging.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and other teams to design and implement lifecycle campaigns, including planning, targeting, and analysis.
Work with the Data Analytics team to measure campaign effectiveness and channel impact.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in CRM or direct marketing within a creative environment.
Familiarity with major Customer Engagement platforms.
Proven experience in multi-channel direct marketing, including social media, email, and mobile messaging.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign tracking and ROI metrics.
Excellent project management abilities, emphasizing goal-oriented delivery and operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mobile gaming or lifecycle-based businesses.
Familiarity with Leanplum/Clevertap.
Knowledge of A/B testing and mobile user acquisition strategies.
