Key Job Elements and Responsibilities
•Complete component level design tasks while keeping supervisor regularly inform on progress and issues encountered.
•Ensure all designs are peer reviewed by technical lead or assigned mentor.

•Areas of focus: Propulsion systems including power pack, engines, transmission, cooling, fuel, pneumatics, hydraulics, mission equipment.

Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
•University degree or College Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
•3 to 5 years relevant engineering experience.
•Superior oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
•Project Management experience.
•Ability to travel (5% Cdn) and (5% US & International) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
•Must be able to meet Anthropometrical Size Requirements for confined space
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
•Designing in Unigraphics (UG)
•Competent in analyzing Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
•Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
•Ability to understand and review to company drawing standards.
•Eng. or ability to obtain PEng designation
•Proficient with processes and products
