Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office operations
Qualifications
- Experience working at the front desk in a medical or dental office
- Proficiency with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in French and English is preferred
