As our Millwright Hydraulic Technician, you'll be working on the floor 80% of the time alongside a talented team of hydraulic repairmen and millwrights. Your job is to ensure hydraulic repairs are executed safely, expertly, and efficiently. We are looking for someone that is good with time management, prioritizing repairs, and can work under a bit of pressure. This is a long term job opportunity with a ton of perks, good benefits, and a lot of growth potential. You do not need a Red Seal ticket to be considered but that amount of knowledge would be a huge asset in this role.
Location: Delta, BC
Working: Monday to Friday
Job Time: 7:00 AM and finish at 3:30 PM
Wage offered: $42-$47 depending on experience or tickets

Responsibilities
- Know the ins and outs of hydraulic systems like the back of your hand
- Assemble, dismantle, and rebuild hydraulic components
- Collaborate with your team members to complete repair projects and meet deadlines
- Good time management skills, we want someone who is able to balance priority
- Estimate repair times and can troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- A knack for continuous improvement - we want your ideas for making things better!
- Ability to pick up new tasks and problem solve on the spot
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic repairs (Red Seal Millwright experience is a plus but not required)
- Seeking full-time long term work as we want someone who is seeking growth
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for repairs, welding and is an eager learner
- Previous knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Ability to work with team or on your own with little to no supervision
- Located in or around the Delta, BC area
