Responsibilities
-Installation and maintenance of bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, gearboxes, heat exchangers, cooling towers and lifting devices
-Equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
-Blueprint interpretation and analyzation
Qualifications
-433A Millwright ticket
-Experience in the steel industry, specifically with equipment such as: Electric Arc Furnaces; Vacuum Oxygen Refining Systems (VORS); Ladle Furnaces; Vacuum Degas Systems (VDS); Vacuum Oxygen Decarburizers
(VOD); Argon Oxygen Decarburizers (AOD); billet casters; grinders; annealing furnaces; diesel locomotives and overhead cranes
-Ability to weld considered an asset
