Responsibilities
• Provide input and recommendations for solutions based on gathered requirements that will be implemented in a D365 environment.
• Assist in providing high level estimates to deliver solutions based on identified requirements.
• Development and configuration of solutions to meet project requirements.
• Have a thorough understanding of the Microsoft licensing implications based on proposed D365 modules for recommended solution.
• Support, maintenance and enhancements of existing D365 applications
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
1. Three (3) plus years’ experience in implementing/configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights modules;
2. Three (3) plus years’ experience in development and implementation of Power Platform Pages, Power Automate Flows and Power Apps
solutions;
3. Three (3) plus years’ experience in development and implementation of Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps;
4. Three (3) plus years’ experience in configuring custom integrations with Dynamics 365;
5. Three (3) plus years’ experience conducting performance, unit, system, integration, and quality assurance testing of application (3+ years);
6. Three (3) plus years’ development experience with C#, .NET, CSS, Java, JavaScript, and HTML;.
7. Three (3) plus years’ experience in Azure Dev Ops/GitHub CI/CS Pipelines;
8. Two (2) plus years’ experience deploying solutions between DEV, TEST and PROD environments in Dynamics 365;
9. Five (5) plus years’ experience gathering and analyzing requirements specific to D365 implementations.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience Working for a Certified MS Dynamics Partner.
2. Microsoft Certification for Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Excellent documentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
6. Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavors related to development tools and
technologies
