Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of MS Dynamics, with a specific focus on the Finance and Operations module.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all project activities are completed within budget and time constraints.
Coordinate and manage resources, both internal and external, to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive client engagement throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular status meetings with project team members to review milestones, resolve any roadblocks, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
Facilitate and actively participate in monthly steering committee meetings, presenting project updates, key metrics, and recommendations.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on implementing MS Dynamics.
Proven track record of successfully completing at least one MS Dynamics implementation project, preferably with the Finance and Operations module.
Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics Finance and Operations functionality and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel and work onsite three days a week as required.
