Randstad Sourceright is currently looking for agents who will become coffee specialists to take part in telephone promotions for Nespresso.

Responsibilities
By telephone or e-mail, you will be called upon to :
Participate in promotional campaigns
Suggest satisfaction surveys
Advise customers on the purchasing process or order tracking.
Provide technical assistance on the various product lines offered.
Provide exemplary service and proactively manage customer relations.
Working conditions:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, you will work from home.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will work at our downtown Montreal office.
Depending on the company's needs, you may be required to work certain hours on weekends, subject to prior notice.
If necessary, you'll take an English/French language test.
You must have a high-speed Internet connection at home.
Qualifications
Skills required for the position:
- You must have previous sales and/or call center experience.
- Be bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
Personal skills required:
- Excellent communication skills; customer focus and service excellence orientation.
- Ability to manage priorities and solve problems independently.
- Computer knowledge.
- Courtesy, patience and empathy at all times.
