Advantages

Responsibilities
- Answering calls from customers
- Dispatching drivers to pick ups and drop offs
- Planning and execution of transport movements
- Communicate with drivers
- Resolve customer and customer service group calls and respond accordingly
- Fast, efficient shipping to guarantee quality service
- Other related duties

Qualifications
- Good spoken and written French with functional English
- 1 to 3 years experience in the field
- Good job stability
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be cheerful, respectful, punctual and loyal
