This well known company is looking for a full time, in person Office Clerk, schedule 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; 40 hour work week, benefits after 3 months, 2 weeks vacation.

Receive and transfer phone calls (internal&external)
Greet visitors
Assist the accounting department
Sort and distribute mail;
Proceed with the preparation and shipment of external items;
Perform administrative secretarial work (letters, faxes,purchase of office supplies,filling, etc.);
Qualifications
Bilingual (English & French)
1-2 years of experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong MS office skills (Excel, word etc)
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful and autonomous
