Responsibilities
Answer and direct telephone calls (50 calls per day)
Respond to inquiries by email or telephone
Act as point of contact for internal and external customers
Data entry (in-house system)
Entering payables
Manage administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Assist in the preparation of regular reports
Generate reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Qualifications
- Bilingual; French & English (written and spoken)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft office skills (word, excel)
- Strong data entry skills
- Someone who adapts quickly and is resourceful
