Responsibilities
This is a full time role as a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist/ Client Care Coordinator The person will be joining a team of 4 other Clent Care Coordinators and will handle day-to-day tasks, including greeting and directing visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments, various projects and providing administrative support to the team
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both French and English
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus
