Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an Office Coordinator, in the technology field in Downtown Montreal :
- Order/manage office supplies and equipment;
- Identify any workspace/facility issues in the office/contact and follow up with appropriate individuals;
- Coordination with the building team (cleaning, repairs, security...);
- Provide general administrative support to the office;
- Perform some physical work (moving items);
- Send out birthday calendars and social communications;
- Organizing events;
- Organizing a training program (e.g. French classes);
- Supporting the organization and coordinating various projects;
- Mail collection and shipping
- Replace the receptionist when needed;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this position of office coordinator in the technology field in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written);
- Technological knowledge and advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Suite (Googlesheet)
- Knowledge in finance/accounting
- Significant experience in a similar position
- Resourcefulness, initiative, good communication and customer service skills;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
