Responsibilities
Responsible for customer relations and manages customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Generate and distribute memos and communications in English and French
Process payments, transfers and returns
Generate and verify invoices
Assist Business Development team with proposals and presentations
Generate, populate and submit reports
Data entry and filing
Inventory management of uniforms and office supplies
Responsible for stationary purchases and maintenance of electronic devices (copiers, printers, computers etc.)
Main contact with Human Resources department
Ensure all HR policies are adhered to and communicated to management and staff
Assist managers with full-cycle recruitment process including: job postings, screening resumes, booking and conducting interviews, background checks, offer letters and new hire paperwork
Onboard new employees
Track and provide all employees with government mandated training programs including AODA, Bill 168/132, Health and Safety etc.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- 1-2 years of experience managing a team
- Strong technology skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in French and English
