In this key position, you will report to Account Manager and will oversee employee onboarding from maintaining candidate records to managing payroll processes and daily client communication, this role offers a comprehensive experience in HR coordination. This role is 100% onsite, no possibility for remote work.
Schedule:
Morning- Monday through Thursday from 5 am -11 am
Afternoon- Monday to Thursday from 4 pm-10 pm
*Possibility of shift rotation*
Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour
Location: Airport Road, Mississauga, ON
3 months of contract position to start with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities
the on-site coordinator role will include, but are not limited to:
- compliance and onboarding
- client and associate communication
- first day orientation for new starts
- building strong relationship with the client
- health and safety reporting
- disciplinary conversations with associates
- effective and timely communication with Randstad internal and client teams
- absenteeism/turnover management
- other administrative tasks
Qualifications
• 6 months’ experience in office coordinator/HR assistant/HR coordinator role
• ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships with your team
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• team oriented
• Able to multitask and work in a high volume environment
experience working in client facing roles
Minimum education-relevant business education or pursuing one
