Responsibilities
In support of the Director Operations Performance, we are looking for an experienced Operation Analyst to:
•Take ownership of the Resource Loading for Bids, Internal Projects, Planned Order Intake;
•Support and monitor planning of transformation initiatives and support financial transactions;
•Lead the Project Closure process, transversally across multiple departments, including managing Material Reservation closure.
•Support the preparation and audit of the Labor Forecast Report, with intent to produce a monthly view of the Labor Forecast evolution.
•Must be able to prepare resource loading for multiple projects (present and future) based on the bottom-up estimates from multiple departments;
•Must be able to efficiently discuss and interact with multiple department leaders and work package managers to revise and refine the resource loading estimates;
•Must understand the different forecasting technics and cost modelling concepts and be able to apply them to propose update to existing labor forecast models and to resource load projects.
•Must be able to mediate and lead key operational processes, such as projects/account closure, labor forecast, internal project management.
•Must be able to closely monitor the execution of Internal Projects and implement earned value concept and be able to report accurately and efficiently on the status of these internal projects
•Responsible for performing several labor forecast analysis and be able to articulate points of attention clearly.
•Must be able to support our procurement department to manage material reservation, open commitments and other related expenses.
•Must be able to monitor and audit the Primavera and SAP data and process to ensure accuracy of the source data used for all analysis.
•Responsible to propose and put in place strategic, efficient and concise analysis and reports for all the area of his/her work.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
•3 to 5 years experience in large organization;
•Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, preferably SAP;
•Experience with Scheduling and Planning tools, preferably Primavera and MS Projects;
•Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools, preferably SalesForce
•Experience with organizational finance and accounting principles
•Experience with procurement, logistic, purchasing
•Strong communication skills (English), strong capability to adapt, must be capable to work in a very dynamic technological environment. Experience with Microsoft suits (Excel, Words, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
•Experience with using ChatGPT in a working environment
