Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
Order release & delivery (monitoring all stages from order creation to delivery)
Investigation of shortages, damages & discrepancies
Monthly audit (end of the month) for inventory adjustments and pending investigations
VMI program onboarding (customer requirements review, warehouse onboarding, alignment of expectations with service providers)
Operational support for assigned VMI programs
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English (written/spoken)
Detail-oriented and have analytical and problem-solving mindsets
At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
Good clear communicator in person and via telephone and email
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and on a team
Resourceful
Have a good sense of judgment
Team player in a very collaborative open environment
Organized
Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Computer skills: Excel-Outlook-Word, prior SAP experience an asset
