Responsibilities
- Greeting and reception at the Distribution Center (managing visitors and office orders).
- Tracking supplier invoicing.
- Updating employee communications across all our platforms, including screens in the Distribution Center, emails, and surveys.
- Designing, monitoring, and maintaining access cards for the site, employee timekeeping badges, and scheduling locker usage.
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in secretarial studies or administration, or equivalent and relevant professional background;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Have a good knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with SAP software is a significant asset;
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, both orally and in writing, as well as establish good interpersonal relationships;
- Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, versatility, cooperation, innovation, and an ability to adapt to changes.
