Responsibilities
- Make appointments by phone with customers for delivery of goods;
- Answer incoming emails;
- Perform data entry;
- Scan documents;
- Direct drivers to the window upon arrival at the warehouse;
- Any other related duties.
Qualifications
- English with an advanced level of French
- Have relevant experience in an administrative position or customer service, preferably in a transport company
- Be computer literate in the Office suite;
- Be punctual, diligent and offer excellent customer service.
