Responsibilities
Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in compliance with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Provide operational support for mortgage discharges, ensuring clear communication with internal partners and legal teams.
Maintain security libraries and assist in data entry into mortgage tools.
Collect and apply interest payments, close accounts, and ensure accuracy in manual accounting tasks.
Identify and escalate processing or operational issues as necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
Suggest and contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Prioritize your workload to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bilingual (Fluency in English and Quebecois French)
2+ years of data entry experience
Experience in banking, financial institutions, or bookkeeping (nice to have)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong communication and customer service skills
Eager to learn, comfortable under pressure, and able to multi-task in a busy environment
Ability to navigate IT system issues and troubleshoot as necessary
