Customer focused: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Address and resolve customer problems using established procedures and escalate when necessary and ensure that all processes, inquiries, and transactions meet service level goals.
Shareholder driven duties: Act as a subject matter expert within your area, offering guidance to partners as needed.
Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and within established standards.
Actively participate in daily work distribution and team touchpoints.
Contribute to audits by following audit and process guidelines.
Identify areas of risk and escalate concerns as necessary.
Operational Duties: Suggest and participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Understand and apply bank/service center operating policies and procedures.
Demonstrate adaptability to change and adopt new processes and technology improvements as needed.
Maintain due diligence to ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Operations experience: Demonstrated experience in an operations or back-office role with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Ability to navigate and use tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks and operations.
Back-office experience: Prior experience in handling back-office tasks, ensuring the accuracy of processes, and maintaining records.
Nice to Have:
Coding experience: Familiarity with coding or automation tools that can be applied to enhance efficiency in operational processes.
Banking or Financial Institution (FI) experience: Knowledge or previous work experience in a banking or financial services environment.
