We are currently hiring an Order Entry Clerk for a well established food packaging company in Stoney Creek. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and be looking to gain experience in administration. This position is open to new graduates in business administration.

Advantages

- 6 Month contract

- Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm

Responsibilities
-Entering purchase orders
-Processing invoices
-Management of email in-boxes
-Monitoring of EDI system
-Communicate with internal/external stakeholders
-Customer communication and feedback
-Monitor/track shipments
-Report on shorts/late shipments
-Set up new items in ERP
-Assist with annual inventory count
-Additional administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
-Competent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, ERP Software)
-Superior communication skills utilizing tact and diplomacy and professionalism at all times
-Strong organizational skills
-Highly flexible – able to adjust quickly in a varied environment
-Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Excellent time management skills
-Energetic and eager to learn product knowledge
-Confident in making sound decisions
-Must be self-motived and able to work with minimal supervision
-Effective communicator with staff as well as all levels of management
