Advantages
- Hourly pay 18$/hr to start
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- 2-3 weeks training in office, then work from home (equipment is provided).
- 24 vacations per year (including 11 statutory holidays, 10 sick days and 3 personal days reimbursed at the end of the year if not used)

Responsibilities
- Enter orders via e-mail, telephone and/or EDI/web portal
- Prepare and route all documents required for pick-ups and deliveries
- Transcribe information on identification of parties involved (shipper, consignee and payer) on movement, type of goods transported and weight
- Select the right shipper, consignee and payer information to ensure the quality of automatic invoicing
- Ensure good communication with the warehouse to prevent errors and find solutions to problems
- Receive regular updates on order-taking specifics
- Perform all other related tasks
Qualifications
- English and French is necessary
- Comfortable with data entry
- Knowledge and experience in the transportation field
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good memory
- Good speed of execution and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good stress and priority management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
