The sales support representative will deal with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. Responsibilities
- Creating Powerpoint presentations, entering the info into Excel
- Receive and review documents received from suppliers
- Send documents and required information to customs broker (coordinating with the logistics department)
- Ensure all documents are sent on time
- Data entry and data review
- Delivery forecasts to be sent weekly to each of our appointed truckers in the US
- Documentation/instructions to be sent to truckers when needed
- Customer Service oriented, follow up with clients
Qualifications

Strong computer skills
Data Entry proficiency
English spoken with functional French
