Randstad is hiring for an Order Entry / Inside Sales Administrator for our client in Waterloo, ON. You will be responsible for communicating with customers and providing solutions to problems, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Previous experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is an asset.

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and follow-up with customers to confirm sales
- Read blueprint drawings and understand the technical specifications
- Prepare sales orders and coordinate materials requirements
- Provide technical support on company's products and services
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with assigned customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or inside sales field
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is an asset
- Post secondary education in office administration or related field considered an asset
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, including AutoCAD
- Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical and administrative skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Previous experience with EDI system is an asset
