We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role primarily focuses on order intake and order management, with additional responsibilities related to administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, while also providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders.
Verify all information related to received orders.
Input data into the order list while adhering to prevailing standards.
Obtain missing information if necessary.
Communicate essential information to other departments, including the receiving and technical departments.
Follow up with the company's customers regarding their orders.
Update the price list.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks.
Additional Tasks:
Address daily inquiries.
Process reports as needed.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in order intake and order management, B2B sales is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Bilingual proficiency (French and English)
