We have a job opening in Acheson that needs to be filled immediately and are looking for an equipment operator with extensive experience in operating various machines in a warehouse setting. The candidate should have excellent material handling skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong focus on safety. While the role involves operating equipment, it also requires significant manual lifting of heavy objects. Responsibilities
-Working independently as well as with others depending on the assigned task
-Accurate order picking and products put away
-Working in a fast-paced environment
-Consistent communication with teammates and supervisors
-Consistent manual lifting up to 50lbs
-Standing, Bending, Walking for up to 8 hours a shift
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a warehouse or order picking setting
- Shipping/receiving experience is an asset
- An external forklift ticket (Asset)
- Reliable transportation is a must, locations are not accessible by public transit
- Must be able to complete a Background check and a reference check
