Your role as an OTC analyst will be to process, maintain, report, and validate various functions of the order to cash cycle to align with corporate objectives and continue to attain best in class results across. The main goal is to analyze large quantities of data, draw out financial insights from analytical output, and work with team leads to put together business recommendations. The OTC analyst’s role is to maximize Sales & Revenue by increasing awareness, minimizing exceptions and achieving excellence in execution.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective and timely delivery of tasks, according to the department’s objectives and Key Performance
Indicators (KPI)
- Support management with the standardization, automation, and simplification of processes and procedures
- Develop approach and templates to enhance performance
- Support Order to Cash areas with accurate records and validation of billing document corrections related to
delivery discrepancies, returns, and pricing investments
- Monitor and track daily transactions to ensure efficient and accurate processing in SAP
- Manage account receivables related to sales corrections
- Run various reports to monitor OTC data such as sales reversal volume, missing sales, customer claims &
disputes, etc.), extract insight from data and provide interpretation
- Maintain daily logs of procedure changes
- Respond to transactional email inquiries within defined standards as defined in our current policies
- Active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to provide sales solutions and reporting inquiries
- Responsible to flag and report any system, procedures, or processes inconsistences to the OTC supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent quantitative education
- At least 1 year of work experience in a reputable & large organization
- Must have advanced Excel skills (analyst should be able to solve difficult business problems using Excel with
limited training)
- Narro IQ, VBA, or Python knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, & Sales Force is an asset
- Bilingualism in French (asset) and English (must have) → written & spoken
