Responsibilities
Work directly with internal stakeholders, business unit leads to evaluate their problem statements, elicit requirements, clearly document technology, system, and business requirements, and assist in the design and documentation of a product.
Conduct research to identify, document, prioritize and present the pain points of the customer experience with current processes
Assess and analyze customer experience and business processes using analytics, and customer-focused metrics to ensure continuous improvement and data-driven optimization
Work with product leadership and business teams to plan quarterly goals, product roadmaps, delivery timelines and formulate a release plan
Work directly with data analysts and create informative, actionable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and metrics and opportunities for improvement
Prioritize and manage items in the backlog based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and communicate to the stakeholders on frequent intervals
Coordinate and manage the execution of the user acceptance testing by providing guidance to system behaviour and identifying suitable test scenarios.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information technology or other related fields.
3+ years of product management or similar experience building and launching technical products (preferably retail domain)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
Experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience in ALM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Experience in creating reports and identifying opportunities.
Experience creating product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams, including the ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to manage high complex projects in both agile and waterfall.
Strong prioritization and communication skills.
Strong Stakeholder management, negotiation skills.
