Responsibilities
Manage project sponsor expectations.
Lead or contribute to the creation, maintenance and quality management of project documentation (including requirements analysis, effort assessment, Statement of Work, project plan, project status report, project dashboard, change request, project schedule, and others as required).
Support senior project or program managers with communication management of client and executive updates
Lead or participate in project meetings internal and external.
Follow project management methodology to ensure project or work-package is delivered on time, on scope, on budget.
Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency.
Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various departments, suppliers and stakeholders.
Protect project scope and enforce change management process.
Proactively identify and resolve project related issues and escalate where required.
Complete Lessons Learned activities at key project milestones.
Complete and ensure accuracy of billing advice.
Perform and document post-project reviews with support of senior project management or project sponsors
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in related discipline and 4+ years related experience
Knowledge of the Project Management Institute’s approach to Project Management
Skills:
Highly developed organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to solicit cooperation and resolve conflict
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Team oriented; action oriented; self-motivated and delivery focused
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office
Superior data management and analysis skills
Nice to Haves:
Bilingualism (English/French) an asset
