Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver on the IoT product strategy in coordination with the various stakeholders
across Company’s business units. Execute on the strategy.
• Create specific product vision and requirements, supporting business cases for products and
enablement platforms; support through all stages of ideation, funding, design, execution.
• Manage Company partnerships; end to end ownership and accountability for a product portfolio
• Work with key partners and internal technology team members to enable Company
differentiation and unique models in serving customer needs
• Work closely with partners and internal teams to manage and support all 4 Ps for your products
• Lead and manage the product lifecycle by creating and managing cross-functional teams in
Product, Marketing, Pricing, Technology and Sales.
• Assesses and maintain competitive intelligence on the vertical markets, partners and
competitors’ products.
• Identify and make recommendations related to products, business requirements and internal
processes so to quickly adapt to changing markets and evolution of customer needs.
• Track and analyze performance, compose analytical insights to identify opportunities for change
or investment.
• Complete and maintain forecasts for your products and contribute to capital planning cycles
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in product management or management consulting.
Experience in Retail industries preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, motivated self-starter who is comfortable and
capable of leading others.
• Strong critical thinking skills to effectively prioritize and rationalize decision making in an
ambiguous environment
• Ability to create and rationalize strategies and execute plans in ambiguous environments. Ability
to clearly articulate complex concepts
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence across departments and levels of the
organization
• Strong ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and partners
• Proven ability to apply a range of recognized project management methods to manage scope,
time, cost, quality, resources, communication and risk
• Understanding of 5G, IoT, telecommunications, software, and technology industries an asset
• University or College degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
