Responsibilities
• Responsible for the delivery of complex customized operational solutions across multiple
Company business units and partners
• Provide strategies to address project complexities and guide Project Management decisions
during the implementation phases
• Ensure corporate objectives and business strategies are aligned and supported by Company’s
business plan
• Leverage Project Management methodology in performing management duties and acts as a
mentor on other projects
• Ensure projects assigned are delivered on time, on scope, on budget
• Provide monthly project financial forecasts to Finance
• Manage and provide rulings on project change requests
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders
• Provide day to day guidance to the team and regular status to the sponsor
• Manage project dashboard and present to upper management and executives
• Manage/Track/Ensure progress against Project Management team objectives
• Manage relationships with other key stakeholders, i.e. CSAM, Sales, Executives, etc. from a
project perspective
• Identify project issues when they arise and lead issues to resolution where required
• Organize regular design reviews to provide visibility to stakeholders
• Manage timelines, workflow and prioritize deliverables to development
• Coach and mentor junior resources within the team
Qualifications
• 10 – 15 years of working experience
• 5-10 years’ experience in technology project/program management and planning
• University Degree, PMP or equivalent business experience
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm & energy
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills
• Strong team player with ability to work effectively in and to foster a collaborative environment
• Solid management experience with track record of working effectively in direct and virtual
teams
• Proven advanced Project Management experience and skills with demonstrated results
• Excellent problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to work with ambiguity
• Understanding of IT systems and tools
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills (clear, concise verbal and written
skills)
• Flexible to work under pressure with the ability to manage in a fast paced, deadline driven
environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of Company employees and cross functional teams
in order to deliver on project requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Solid business acumen (a solid foundation/knowledge of business practices, processes, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of project management software (CA
PPM, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
• Broad knowledge of the Company Business Markets organization, the various departments and
their functions
• PMP + Agile Certifications
• JIRA
• Telco Background
• Superior Communication skills - must be able to articulate very well, in a clear and concise
manner and be able to work with various levels of the organization.
