Responsibilities
As an Account Receivable Coordinator, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Being responsible for credit card billings, general customer collections, and duties assigned to support the Finance team.
•Performing collections of outstanding Accounts Receivable balances
•Communicating with customers to resolve regular, invoicing, and collection issues
•Maintaining 30% of the client files with high attention to detail
•Assisting in filling out new suppliers set up forms
Qualifications
•1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or collections role
•Strong knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes and best practices
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel)
•Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus
•Post-Secondary education with a focus on Accounting or Finance is a plus
