Responsibilities
• Monitor the Partnership Exit Payment Inquiries inbox and triage, document and monitor cases
• Perform system and account-level research and investigations as necessary to resolve cases within a timely manner
• Reviewing sub-ledger reports, matching items in Frontier and conducting follow-up on open items
• Provide appropriate documentation to the Reconciliation Manager in a timely manner for open items that exceed the aging standard
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience and a minimum of two to five years experience in the areas of accounting, banking and/or financial services
• Proficient in Google/Excel
• Attention to detail being able to perform defined, repetitive processes accurately and efficiently
• Basic Accounting knowledge, including debits, credits
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must
• Good oral and written communication skills required to interact with internal and external customers and commercial clients.
• Knowledge of Capital One's portfolios and systems
• Some knowledge of Global One G/L system (PeopleSoft)
• Independent and self-motivated worker
