Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Executing operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.
•Contributing to environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the department.
•Achieving preset targets measuring service quality & effectiveness against appropriate benchmarks.
•Identifying opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for our clients.
•Following preset procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements.
•Contributing to satisfactory results in all internal & external audits.
•Undertaking ongoing training & development of staff on operating procedures & regulatory requirements.
•Ensuring appropriate liaison with Risk and Control area within Operations
•Ensuring all suspense accounts are current and up-to-date
Qualifications
•Strong computer skills
•Accurate Data Entry Skills
•Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Client service management
•Pertinent industry and regulatory/compliance knowledge
•Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
•Demonstrated strategic team player
•Solid time management skills
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Nice to have:
•Degree educated or equivalent would be preferred but not essential
•Technical knowledge in Global Payments practices
•Technical knowledge in different investment instrument types
•Technical knowledge in SWIFT Message Types
