Responsibilities
As an Assistant, your duties will include:
●Participating and supporting managers in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
●Monitoring all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
●Analyzing strategic or operational tasks, in assigned functional areas.
●Gathering, analyzing and evaluating relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos.
●Preparing presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
●Scheduling, preparing and accompanies appointments and meetings, completes minutes of meetings.
●Coordinating and establishing travel arrangements. Manages in- and outbound correspondence.
●Managing integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
●Preparing annual plans and budgets, and complete analysis of monthly budget activity.
●Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
Qualifications
●2+ years or Master Entry is required for this position.
●SAP experience
●Proficient in MS Office
●Administration skills.
●Pay attention to detail and multitask.
●Ability to work well with others.
●Self-starter and be able to work on your own.
●To be flexible and open to change.
●Excellent verbal communication skills.
●Good customer service skills.
