Candidates should be open to work late afternoon shifts until 9PM, and supporting couple of weekends. As well as night shift 6:30PM-2AM.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Client Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
•Supporting incoming calls, receiving requests over the phone, will be communicating via email as well, strong communication skills, and willingness to assist customers.
•Using Softphone systems.
Qualifications
•Financial industry experience is an asset, previous client/customer service experience, technical skills, problem resolution, quick learner, behavioural component is the most important part (open to learn, open to feedback from coaches, great attitude)
•Communication via phone and email, detail oriented, strong communications skills, strong problem solving skills
•French is a must have
•Open to fresh grads
•Client centric with efficiency
•Adapts well to fast passed
•Flexible & Adaptable
•Teamwork
•Critical thinking
Nice to have:
•Banking Experience
