Responsibilities
Partner closely with developers and operational teams in order to implement reporting solution to enhance Speech-to-Text reporting capabilities
Work on multiple tasks in an environment that requires collaboration with a shifting set of stakeholders, depending on the project needs
Tailor project/task plans with individual roadmaps and timelines for a variety of project streams and facilitate project requirements ensuring the programs are delivered on time and within scope
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans and document detailed action registry following company's standard protocol
Schedule and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders (i.e. business users, internal developers)
Assist with quality assurance
Take ownership of the maintenance and enhancements of front-door requests tool
Assess and recommend prioritization of requests
