Responsibilities
Will be required to answer calls from pharmacists and store associates on phone system and user functionality related questions (i.e. phones, password resets, user configurable options, voice mail access and settings etc.) and provide guidance/training as needed
Ideal candidates would be fully trained in the process.
They would not provide repair or troubleshooting services – those types of calls would be routed to the appropriate Help Desk
Qualifications
Must Haves:
End User Tech Support Experience
VOIP Systems support
Excellent Communication skills and reliable individual
Soft Skills:
Patience.
Empathy.
Active listening.
Sense of urgency.
Good interpersonal skills.
Well-organized.
Speed and accuracy.
Creativity and flexibility.
