Responsibilities
●Administering and maintaining compensation programs which includes
●Verify individual sales transactions to ensure compensation is correctly processed in accordance with process and policy
●Ensuring the accuracy of records and data related to compensation processed
●Resolve employee compensation related issues, including processing of adjustments to correct submission errors
●Reconcile account(s) on a daily or monthly basis
●Provide statements to the appropriate parties with the current SLA timelines and method of delivery
●Consistently achieve productivity targets while meeting quality expectations related to completeness and accuracy
●Willing to learn and provide back-up to ensure departmental work volumes are completed on schedule and provide coverage when colleagues are absent
●Maintain close working relationship with all internal and external clients
●Be a team player and contribute to continuous improvement, productivity and process execution risk mitigation through idea creation and collaboration
●Strive to achieve an exceptional partner/client experience by researching and responding to compensation related queries and issues
●Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested
Qualifications
●Proficient in Excel and can work with formulas and macros
●Ability to quickly adapt and learn in-house software
●Post-secondary education OR High school diploma AND 3 years of job-related experience
●Must be fully proficient in English and preference will be given to those that are bilingual in both English and French
