Responsibilities
As a Mail and Print Clerk, you will be responsible for:
• Completing print requests to meet deadlines
• Maintaining equipment in working condition: call for service, replace toner and other consumables
• Sorting incoming mail
• Distributing mail to appropriate recipients or scanning
• Maintaining record of incoming mail and courier
• Ensuring delivery of outgoing mails to courier and post office
• Maintaining adequate mailroom supplies
• Checking postal rates and weigh outgoing mail
• Processing outgoing courier
• Arranging for courier services to deliver packages locally
• Managing print and finishing duities
• Managing and organizing office supplies
• Meeting room set ups
• Reception coverage
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• Previous clerical/administrative experience (ideally in a corporate environment)
• Good customer service/customer-facing experience
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Resourceful and proactive
• Ability to learn and adjust to new procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
