Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role - on rotation, 2 weeks onsite, two weeks remote 50/50. There is a possibility of contract extension and conversion.

Working Hours: Monday-Sunday (Holidays included) between 8-10pm
Overtime is required on weekends

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Overseeing Work Order dispatching and completion, working with contracted installation vendors.
Entering Data
•Inventorying devices (Recording Serial\Device Information)
•Taking Inbound Calls from Contractors
•Monitoring\Reporting on work activity for completion.
Qualifications
•Data Entry – recording serial numbers – starting at 2 years
•Technical Knowledge – Understanding how POS works, basic skills – 5 years
•MS Suites - excel, outlook, team intermediate experience
•High school diploma is required.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
•Focus with attention to detail and dedication to the task at hand.
•Proven time management / organizational skills
•The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
•Strong team player
•Logical/analytical thinker
•Problem Solving skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•The ability to operate under tight deadlines in a fast-paced call centre
•Candidate must be able to work shifts in rotation. Call Centre is open 8:30am -10:00pm ET Monday to Sunday, including holidays. This role will require working from home and in the office in rotation.
Nice to have:
•French would be an asset
•Higher level tech
•Knowledge of Electronic Payment devices/Point of Sale systems preferred
•Knowledge of MFOCUS, BASE 24 and TEM\TMS an asset
