Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Assigning documents to reviewing and processing, accountable to documents they are assigned
•Assigning documents to process, financial and non-financial transactions submitted by financial advisors into mutual fund book of record
•Verifying the assigned reports
•Assisting with transaction requests
•Working from assigned cues and transactions, reviewing documentation to review if documents are in good order according to procedures and processing into record systems
•Being responsible for accurate and timely processing of Mutual fund trading requests in accordance with documented procedures.
Qualifications
•Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high volumes of work
•Attention to detail is crucial
•Good at multi-tasking and can work fast-paced environment
•Resourceful
•1-3 years’ experience – admin
•Experience networking in back-office processing environment
•Microsoft Excel and Outlook
•High school. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Nice to have:
•Previous experience working in Wealth operations or banking environment
