Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the completion of payroll and time & attendance gap analysis, working with the payroll and time & attendance vendor to complete the blue printing, and SuccessFactors technical team to complete the payroll and time & attendance mapping where required.
2. Work with legacy payroll and time & attendance vendors to obtain additional payroll data and transform data into up loadable formats as required.
3. Work with stakeholders, payroll, and time & attendance vendors & Program/Project Manager to develop clear testing timelines, test strategy and overall user acceptance test cases to meet the business requirements.
4. Responsible for the execution of test cases, document issues and work with Payroll and Time & Attendance vendor and SuccessFactors technical team to ensure successful completion of all test cases.
5. Work with business users where required to ensure they fully understand any assigned test cases.
6. Develop Process maps and Standard Operating procedures to meet implementation requirements.
7. Develop training materials and deliver training of new payroll and Time & Attendance Systems to business users where required.

1. Functional experience in UKG Dimension time & attendance, Global View & Celergo from blueprinting & configurations to payroll processing in production.
2. Experience in issue analysis, solution documentation and implementation approach.
3. Global understanding of accounting principles and their applicability to payroll accounting, G\L mapping, & Payroll Processes.
4. Ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas with speed.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
