We're currently looking for a Print Production Associate for our client in downtown Toronto.
Individuals who are willing to learn and have strong desire to develop their skills/experience are ideal candidates for this role.

Responsibilities
As a Print Production Associate, you will be responsible for essential functions in print production. This includes:
Print Responsibilities:
• Job intake through email, phone or in person
• Multitasking with color, b&w print and finishing equipment
• Scheduling print work to meet deadlines and able to change as required. Communicating with customers if there are any issues
• Maintaining equipment in working condition: call for service, replace toner and other consumables
• Keeping an organized and tidy print shop
• Developing knowledge of print in order to make suggestions on best way to produce items for customers
• Tracking information on print work as required
Mail Responsibilities:
• Sorting incoming mail
• Distributing mail to appropriate recipients or departments through mail runs and as required
• Maintaining record of incoming mail and courier
• Ensuring delivery of outgoing mails to courier and post office
• Maintaining adequate mailroom supplies
• Checking postal rates and weigh outgoing mail
• Processing outgoing courier
• Arranging for courier services to deliver packages locally
• Managing and organizing office supplies
Qualifications
* 1 + year experience in a Print Shop environment
*Previous experience admin/clerical and customer facing roles
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Strong customer satisfaction skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
