We're currently looking for a Print Production Associate for our client in downtown Toronto.
Individuals who are willing to learn and have strong desire to develop their skills/experience are ideal candidates for this role.

Responsibilities
As a Print Production Associate, you will be responsible for essential functions in print production. This includes:
• Operating digital print equipment
• Operating standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, and drill)
• Being the point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production
• Performing basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
• Tracking and storing jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
• Maintaining reporting logs and information for billing purposes
• Wrapping, packing, labelling, and shipping finished product
• Maintaining appropriate supply inventory levels
• Problem solving basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Qualifications
* 1+ year experience in a Print Shop environment
*Previous experience admin/clerical and customer facing roles
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Strong customer satisfaction skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
