Responsibilities
As a Publications Review Process and Operations Specialist, your duties will include:
•Proofreading documents coming through Publications Review to ensure that requested changes have been implemented correctly.
•Coordinating with a variety of internal stakeholders and SMEs to efficiently move documents through the Publications Review Process.
•Coordinating with content creators to ensure that they are following established processes.
•Supporting marketing operations team with managing Wrike access
•Ensuring that all PRP documents submitted are being reviewed, that all changes required are being taken care of and all final documents are submitted in order to remain compliant
Qualifications
•Wrike platform experience is mandatory
•Analytical and project management skills
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Excellent Interpersonal skills (must be able to consult, influence and negotiate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels throughout the organization)
•You thrive on small details and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Nice to have:
•Bilingual in French and English
